• This book originated from an assignment to mine a magazine article for 5-10 sentences which once curated would be reconfigured to create a narrative. I used this assignment to discuss and explore my interest in the tensions between the subjective and objective, between science and art, the urge to quantify versus the urge to improvise and how that applies to an artistic practice. I am continuing these investigations through research of the Oulipo group under the guidance of Tirtza Even this semester.
